I was an early access purchaser and don't regret doing it, mostly because I love Vision Novels and would like to continue to support English producing VN companys. This Visual Novel was going well during its first two(three?) updates during early access but a bunch of behind the sceens things happened with the company originally developing the game and eventually the property changed hands, the new company then had to start the game from scratch without the funds already earned for the game. Its abit more complicated than that but its the gisit of it. So lets get down to the game itself.The Art is great, I do enjoy the art style here and do wish there were a few more CGs for all of the characters. The story however is severly lacking due to the rewrite, a couple of characters even had complete personality changes which confused me at first having played the original and it also makes the characters feel pretty similar saddly. I wouldn't really recommend this game for everyone, however if you're looking for a short VN with some achivements and cards to collect than by all means get the game... Overall I would give this one a 4\/10.. so far in episode 1 it was ok nothing to write home about i kind of want to say to try it out also why is this tagged as a horror i didnt get any horror vibes from it. Interesting game. You are Tomoyo (Tomo) and you have just been asked to take over a resort complex for your grandmother. She is testing you for possible inheritance, and she's... getting close to passing on. The resort is filled with pretty girls, of which six are very interested in you... though at least a couple might not be the... most conventional... Anyway, through your actions you hopefully will make the resort successful and find a new love.This is supposed to be the first of a trilogy, but I shall have to see how... inclusive the other two parts are.. Some people review this bad but here is my perspective. ive fully completed the game and with this game that has multiple storylines.some stories are short while the other goes on for a long time wich is actually quite fun!at the beginning i wasnt too sure cause for some reason i did not feel too great with the artstyle but eventually i didnt even think about that anymore. i can asure you you can have a full day of fun at least! so if you just need something quick to play (and you are a little horndog in wich i suggest get the uncensored patch) then this is just perfect for you!not too involving chance to experiment what happens when you do what. btw its the classic story of im a loser (ish) and suddenly dating magic type of story.. The game shows artwork of nude girls (if you modified the code to make it uncensored). There are descriptions of sex but sex is not actually shown. The women are always the initiators. There is none of the social interplay between the sexes that happens in real life. Instead, out of nowhere, the girl decides to initiate sex with the protagonist. The interactivity is phony in that the choices did not appear to influence anything. If you skipped this one, you would not miss much.. So it's only episode 1 for now, which is effectively the tutorial and getting to know all the characters over the course of a few days. The game claims it takes 5 weeks, so episode 1 is only a small part, but gives a pretty clear impression of how the game will work.. this game is very silly, and the fan service can be a bit on the nose, but together it's what one expects from this style of game. one of the only flaws I feel I must point out is: if you are looking for a story or characters that you can relate to, you might not find it here.. Tbh I don't see why there are so many negative reviews. I thought it was pretty swanky. I do think that $12.99 is a bit pricey, but I got my money's worth. The art is pretty good, and I like that there are multiple endings, so the replay value is high enough. The soundtrack was ok, nothing special though, and I really wish that there was a chat log, so you could go back and re-read some of the text. Overall, I think that it's a pretty good VN, and would recommend it.Overall: 7\/10How to uncensor it: Open your Beach bounce folder (OS>Program Files x86>Steam>steamapps>common>Beach Bounce). In your Beach Bounce folder, there should be a folder named 'game'. Open it. In the 'game' folder, there should be some files. Open the 'patch.rpy' file. Chances are you will not be able to open it by double clicking it, and that's ok. Just simply open the RPY file with notepad. Change "$ persistent.censored = True" to "$ persistent.censored = False" The game should be uncensored. To make sure it worked, when you open the game, it will say "uncensored version" in the top right corner of the start menu. Happy Fapping!
